Adam Dole is based in Los Angeles where he leads GoKart Labs' west coast operations by expanding client work and developing new strategic initiatives. Previously, Adam was the co-founder and Vice President of Strategy for Better, a care coordination service backed by Social Capital and Mayo Clinic. Adam’s prior experience includes corporate development at Mayo Clinic, where he initiated and executed new ventures and growth opportunities to expand Mayo Clinic’s reach. He was named a Presidential Innovation Fellow, and worked at the White House in partnership with the US Department of Health and Human Services to accelerate private sector partnerships and accelerate the growth of personalized healthcare in the United States. Adam’s previous roles included strategy lead for global design firm Method, and helping clients develop new growth initiatives as a strategist at Jump Associates. Adam began his career at NASA as a member of the human factors department, designing new technologies and approaches for long duration spaceflight. He holds a B.S. in Communications from Syracuse University and an MBA in Design Strategy from the California College of the Arts.
