Linn is one of Canada’s leading advocates of service design. She is a designer based in Toronto, at Bridgeable, and is the co-founder and organizer of Service Design Toronto. At Bridgeable, her role focuses on telling the story of the organization’s design work and impact in the world. Linn loves building dialogue, connection and community around design. She was also a member of the city service design team Designing Dublin – a forward-thinking citizen-driven civic service design project.
She is a respected contributor to Touchpoint, the journal for service design professionals, as well as writing frequently for Adobe on design. She has spoken at conferences such as Interaction16, Service Experience Camp Berlin and FITC.
