Elina Lawrie is fascinated by the systemic challenges and experiences that our society is forced to interact with everyday. She currently works at Fjord Toronto where she consults organizations across a variety of industries on humanizing the customer and employee experience. Her background working as an external consultant as well as being embedded within public and not-for-profit healthcare organizations have given her a nuanced understanding of what it takes to innovate within these complex systems. As the co-organizer of Service Design Toronto, she feels strongly about supporting the greater Toronto design community. Elina is also on the Board of Directors of Code for Canada.
